(OTCQB: CTTC) today announced that it has raised approximately $1.6 million through the sale of shares of its common stock through the Crisnic Fund, as described in documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 2, 2010. The Company retains approximately six hundred thousand shares.
